This court house moves very slow and they are only about citations, and collecting money. Prosecutor doesn't listen, try to not get any citations in AJ, you have to pay no matter the issue. Just remember they are not for the people, they are for themselves. You will be found guilty and also get fined what ever the max is. I think maybe they need to do charity fund rasing events to generate money for AJ, not take it from hard working citizens paying taxes just to get screwed by the system. Lawyer up anytime you have to come here. Trust me, they do not care about you here. Get a Lawyer before you come!!!!

They victim shame like no other. I'm a victim of domestic violence. They told me they wouldn't prosecute the abuser because "it's hearsay"..... Yet there is years of a paper trail to show the abuse. They are pathetic and do not care about victims unless it's something they WANT ot do. Instead of actually serving and protecting. The male prosecutor deserves to lose his job. No victim should EVER have to go through the failed justice that this prosecutor committed. Disgusting and pathetic.

heres the thing the prossacuter has amber johnston court comming up for DV witch her and her x girlfriend where yelling at the dogs not each other and i went in to hurizons with amber and they said dv classes where full till the following year she was put on list on next avlabile one but when she went in to court whe wound up waveing lawer cus she knows nothing about that kind of stuff and the DA told her he was gona ask judge for 6 months she got scared and ran

I needed some court records for a couple cases that I was involved in and I kindly asked the clerk up front and he had no idea and said they do and they don’t have those which I was confused as to they do have it but can’t give them to me? But if I looked online it’s public information and I told them I know I don’t want just screenshots I actually want the statements and everything and then he called over her some old lady that has the nastiest attitude for no reason she came at me and my friend extremely gross and almost screaming and talking to us like if we were dumb when we knew exactly what we wanted she was just being so trashy and difficult for no reason.. she must have some kind of problem with herself and thinks that cause she works as a clerk at a court she holds some kind of power haha I don’t know but definitely not talking to her next time I go..

Before you go and try to get a order of protection on someone for your safety in your home make sure you show up with a shot wound or stab wound or maybe a black eye or broken bone even then the judge will make you feel like you are the abuser by allowing that aggressor’s behavior because apparently harassment and constant threats is not enough evidence to get a order of protection.. my friend went to get order of protection on her abusive ex partner and she was told that maybe it wasn’t him with the problem.. I took her a lot to even go ask for help but I feel like she was discriminated by the judge because God forbid a person of color sends a white person to jail.. that judge is a joke
