Get a mediator. The responses were not timely. I had to constantly edit my documents for her. At the end of the day I wish she would have advised I talk to a mediator. Be advised she will not give any legal advice she's only an administrator or documents and barely that. I asked for copies of the originals several times and she never made them. I had to wait for the courts to send me the documents and go do the copies my self.

Ms. Vaughn was incredibly diligent and detailed oriented while she worked with me to draft a very persuasive motion to amend parenting time. This is my first time working with Janice and she was very sweet and incredibly helpful. She made sure that the motion contained all of the appropriate evidence and facts in a comprehensive way that shined light on on the issues I was having with my coparent. I will be referring her to all of my friends and colleagues who need a specialist in Family Court! And definitely will be back myself if I ever need it!

Janice is not only so knowledgeable, she's incredibly smart, always a phone call, text or email away, patient, beyond kind, has the biggest heart, and will fight with you. She will be every bit of support you need and goes over and beyond her job tasks to help you during what is already a difficult time. Her knowledge in this industry is so beneficial for a parent going through this court process knowing nothing. Not only is she affordable but she will fight for what's best for your child. Her character speaks for itself , she is truly incredible in all way you can imagine. I highly suggest using Janice if you are unsure where you need to start. I had an amazing experience with Janice. I had a complex divorce and she was with me every step of the way. She not only responded to my emails but also my calls. She was very helpful and submitted everything on time and even made sure to remind me on timelines approaching. She was so nice and I would absolutely recommend her. I am so grateful I decided to go with her and not trying to do this on my own. I found her via a Facebook post on a moms page I follow. So thankful. Thank you Janice!!!!!!!!

Janice was referred to my family from a business we were using so we didn’t look at reviews. That was our fault. After working with her, we realized what was happening and her reviews say it all. She agreed to complete and file paperwork for my elderly mother. She charged $400 and was paid up front. Not only did Janice not advise us the paperwork we were filling out was not appropriate for my mom’s situation, she did not complete the paper work completely. That was after weeks of no returned calls or communication (only to find out she was on vacation multiple times and did not inform her clients or have her voicemail set). We had my mom’s court hearing and the judge advised us we didn’t have the right paperwork and the paperwork that was submitted was incomplete! Very disappointing. My family has been trying to get ahold of her to remedy the situation, but she is not responsive. We hope that Janice will see this and give a refund.
