went into this place today and let me tell you worse court i have ever seen the female judge makes all female judges look terrible and personally i adore female judges but this judge is just so unbelieve.
she couldn’t even inform us or ask if we could understand the situation which we could not.
if you struggle with english or understanding it get an attorney because i’ll let you know right now she does not let you fully understand or feel comfortable it feels forced to understand what she is asking.
i was unbelievably uncomfortable being near or even around this court as the judge was making my father very confused and freaked out which is bad for his health as he has severe diabetes and now has developed a skin eating disease which he did inform the court, i would give this annoying place no stars but unfortunately i need it to write this.
avoid this toxic place at any cost

As the son and brother of a Judge in New Jersey where apparently I thought things were worse than just about anywhere. I was wrong. I just witnessed a judge enable a property owner to complete what was planned wxhich was a criminal conspiracy to defraud the tenant by concocting a fraudulent debt, I say fraudulent because the tenant was owed 6 months free rent, 6 months 1/2 price - rent locked, the other the same thing but both parties had to take turns as the landlord was. and a promise to keep both tenants in both units for as long as 10 years but definitely two back to back 3 year leases confirmed without any rule breaking. The tenant being evicted had just come upon his turn , and rather than honoring the agreement it was time to limit his debt.

He (the corrupt landlord) started an argument between the real estate agent, himself, and the tenant, allowed the tenant to get food and frustrated knowing he had Stage4 Lyme disease in the brain. His anxiety level is well known after countless conversations with the owner/landlord.

Both units were extremely rough when the tenant arrived In complete contradiction to the statement by the landlord. It was like this tenant was refuting things like bullets bouncing off of him. And then he asked the landlord - Do you have any copies of notices of any of these complaints with a period of time to remedy, as I have received no official notice of any of these complaints?
Judge: you do now right in front of you
Tenant: your honor, some of these things are not even mine. He is complaining about remodeling tear out trash from a job of which he HAS NOT PAID US!!! If I have to pay for his remodel, the rent and have to perform labor, that is called slavery.

The judge evicted ... the judge was named
Judge Coleman.
Without allowing the tenant to call witnesses.
Violating his rights via the Americans With Disability’s Act request to take a break to avoid an anxiety attack.

Verdict : Judge Coleman either needs to be retired or investigated.

Statement written by one of the witnesses who was going to testify to the fact that the owner tried to deliberately cut the tenant out and have him moved out very quickly (5 days) so that the other tenant and former partner could retain as much property, tools, camper, etc as he could as the tenant was in bad physical shape and he didn’t think he would be physically able to do it.

That is deliberately plotting to use the law to take out someone who owes you money going behind your back to snake you with your former partner which is as the rules of partnerships go, seriously unethical let alone scumbaggery.

And as I said. Not only did the Judge let him get away with it - but prevented the tenant from defending himself.

When the landlord claimed that he had not ever had the tenant to work - that he had hired the other guy, the landlord was reminded that it was he who introduced him and he said .' You didn’t make this arrangement with either of us. Your property manager hired them both as it was the tenants idea.
He had in the end even the very idea that caused the landlord to be able to sell the place for 40,000 more than he was asking before it ll.

Front desk Hispanic heavy set woman is a serious joke. She gave my sister such a hard time while she was trying to pay her ticket. Since she was 17 at the time, she told her that if my dad "truly loved her" he would go in and speak to the judge himself while both her and the other front desk woman laughed. If you're going to be working in a profession such as this, I would think they would act a bit more professional and courteous. The judge on the other hand, was super nice and helpful. Maybe they should reconsider their staff.

The judges here are absolute trash and will do everything they can to not lift a finger to do actual work. Don't care at all about anyone in their court room except the lawyers and they will divert to other courts if dealing someone in another county even though you filed paperwork with them, tell you "that's how it is" when asking them a question or just literally shrug and not answer when you ask them a question because you know....thinking is hard.

What a joke everybody there are a bunch of idiots the judges are have no idea what's going on. Karen nicely is a complete joke she cant be a public defender my one-year-old could be a better public defender. Like seriously my dad would be rolling over in his grave on how horrible this Courthouse has treated his family after being here for so long. Casey Sheehan is a complete Crook and he should not be a police officer my grandpa of 20 years Phoenix the police department would be rolling over in his grave. I won't even give them one star but unfortunately it won't let me post without it complete joke!

Absolutely ridiculous. Not organized in any fashion at all. No efficiency. The employees (maybe excluding a couple of the girls that sit beside the judge) have NO CONSIDERATION OR COURTESY for ANYONE. other than being beneficial to themselves. No sympathy for any extenuating circumstances. \I called hours before my 130pm to inform the court would be late because of being forced to move more than 120 miles away, but i would still make it regardless. I was treated with a response of " Well you betterhurry up before you miss 130 and they File a FTA Warrant . "even if I'm only 45 minutes late?", I asked. Her reply: Ya so you better hurry up and get here before ITS TOO LATE and the "COURT WONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WASTE BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE THAT HAS MADE IT ON TIME." not 100% word for word but damn near spot on. /They only have 1 security guard and he's not ANYWHERE close TO the court's front door, where the metal detector is. So you enter and are immediately welcomed by stench of human sweat, then get close and personal, like a sardine pack in this miniscule area with 5 or more other people you don't know, and their is no room already. so you bave to open the entrance door so your not literally touching eachother . Personal Space and Spatial Mindedness have no place here. Then you have to WAIT for however long the security guard decides to make you wait (my 1st time 15 mins 26secs; Timed) (2nd time I didnt keep time but it was so long the clerks behind the counter told us to just come thru and sit in lobby because a line had formed all the way to outside. If you need to take a call and leave even the immediate court room , EVERYTIME you have to repeat this process and again wait for the Guard to get up and do his job and secure the freaking door. Even arriving late which I was relieved to be able to be seen, its been 2.5 hours and still going and theres still a FULL court room. These people, nice or not, need to attempt an effort, or at least visibly TRY to make going to court as a defendant, victim, bystander, or whatever to be a process or experience not so egregiously complicated or frustrating. Having more than A COUPLE people threw away all patience, SEETHING, ANGRY, ENRAGED, ANIMOUS people storming out, condemning the court, without completing anything, and resulting in a warrant AND DID NOT GIVE A DAMN. this place is horrid. And a day in jail is a favored choice above a day at pinal county unjust court. 😛 no exaggeration or embellishing. This was 1 single day here.

I tried to call and was on hold for almost an hour the first time. I hung up. Then tried anot her time on hold again I hung up that time also. I don't know why someone has to be on hold for so long. They are collecting plenty of revenue to have the proper staff to take care of bussiness in a timely matter. Just saying. If they don't like their jobs then maybe they should seek other employment.

The lady judge dismissed all theft charges against Denise Austin after stealing a man's life belongings. But the court gets there money. NO JUSTICE!
