They have the wrong phome number looking for someone named James. I have told them wrong number and to stop calling they continue to call me multiple times a day harassing me from different robocall apps Spam very unprofessional scam. They have no regard very intrusive and disrespectful. If they continue to call I will report them to the bbb for harassing phone calls. I will take a day off to come to there office and see what they want to do then. Quit harassing people before I take actions.

They have a robocall phoning my home daily for weeks. I've never contacted them in any way, need or requested their business, and they keep spamming my number with incessant annoying calls. I've blocked dozens of incoming numbers and they keep calling me.

After I told them I responded to a text message that I would call back next week. I received upwards of 15 calls and voicemails. I left 2 messages to cease and desist but they haven't. I reported them as scam and harassment. This is not a joke. Reputable law firms respect potential clients not harass them.

I showed some interest in joining a class action suit, but clicking their ad has been a huge mistake. I have been getting incessant calls, before sunrise to well after any reasonable hour to call anyone in the night. I have told them multiple times that I am reporting harassment, as I've blocked over 20+ phone numbers from them and they DON'T STOP. This makes them seem overwhelmingly desperate and unprofessional, so I would NEVER entrust any legal matter to them as I should not have entrusted as much as my phone number.

I can't have my ringer on for it driving me up the wall. I should be able to use my phone for personal use as I did before these extremely unprofessional solicitors got a hold of my information and became merciless without regard to any laws regarding this kind of harassment. My phone is ringing 6-7 times a shift from their same robo caller on another number. Waking me up three to four times a night and calling before sunrise again. FURIOUS! Can't even have it on for emergencies when I'm a single mother. It's infuriating!

I will use this review as further documentation that I have requested the harassing calls stop, and they have yet to.

Disappointed in the intake process. I spoke to the screener who said they would forward me to the attorney, or move me to the next step. It wasn't exactly clear. I called him back today for clarification and he had no recollection of our conversation, and said he didn't know where I got his personal number. I got it from my incoming caller list. We spoke for 1m47s. Then he went on to assume I had hired another attorney even thought I made no such mention. Not exactly the A-team. It is disappointing because I wanted to work with this firm based on it's reviews.

Very helpful indeed! The Goldwater law firm helped me out during the " Heparin from China Is the U.S." recall back in 2008. Though it was for someone in my family. Also I still remember those recall advertisements too which frightened me! Also i have met Mr. Goldwater him self in person once but it wasn't lawsuit related. But he is very one professional individual who helps others in need.

As I spoke to their representative I could tell they were concerned about my condition and wish that I would not have gone through removing a kidney' They wished me well and thank me for my military service to our country. They asked direct questions about my medical condition, the manufacturer of my C-PAP and what to expect in the future concerning this situation.
