In terms of legal representation, I would cite integrity as the most important attribute to consider when selecting an attorney. Cole is a man with great integrity who values his profession and his team. Family law can be an extremely difficult practice area but his office maintained a standard of professionalism and excellence in achieving the desired result for myself and my children. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and my gratitude for their services is hard to express. Bastian Law is an asset to the practice of Family Law in Arizona and he would be an asset to you too.

Cole was very attentive to my case and concerned about the little money I was able to spend and made it so i wasnt spending extra. I truly think the judge made up her mind before we were even seen. However I think he could have pushed harder and did not touch on many issues that I needed to get resolved. Seems to be a little pensive and reluctant to ruffle feathers or be a little demanding. Though when the judge incorrectly yelled at him he was calm and explained the reason. She actually apologied to him.

Mr. Bastain was professional, attentive, and punctual. He was very good at explaining the process and making sure I knew everything I needed, to make good decisions for myself and my family. He did not create false expectations, as so many attorneys do, but was realistic in evaluating things and creating responses. He spent the appropriate amount of time with me and was fair and appropriate in relation to fees. He did an great job for me and the outcome was excellent, I believe for everyone involved. I would whole heartedly recommend Cole to friends and family. Through a difficult time he was patient, empathetic, honest, and efficient.

I've been a client of Cole's for a long time. He was referred to me back in 2006 by a family friend. My divorce case unfortunately never seems to end. Cole has always seemed to have my best interest in mind whether it be on the aggressive or conservative side of things.
