If you let Bill Abell do his job with absolute minimum interference I.e don’t call every 5 minutes, things get down. Mr Bill was a wise choice for me.

I was referred to the firm from another attorney and was told that they'd be the best to handle my Worker's Comp claim. From the day I signed them as my lawyers til 8 months later, the communication was HORRIBLE and they started ghosting me. I'd call to speak with someone & they'd leave me on hold til the phone hung up. I'd leave messages & no one would ever call me back. Needless to say they're not representing me anymore. If you do decide to hire this firm, do your homework 1st.

This small Law practice is phenomenal. The staff is very attentive to the cases. If you are needing any help with Work Comp or Social Security you will not be disappointed hiring Bill Abell.

They are very professional, but also down home people. Most of my dealings was with Ashley Harris the office manager but I believe she is much more than that. She was quick on handling issues with records and information needed for my case. She is also very caring to the situation and always had a can-do attitude about things. Mr. Abell is also a very can-do attorney. He is straight forward about the case but also a down to earth person. I found it to be a very enjoyable experience with no pressure being put on me. I would highly recommend these two "and probably more if I knew them" to take care of your case. As I started they took care of me and my case with no undue stress to me. Recommended and would definitely use for any other problem. Thank you very much.

We reached out to Mr. Bill and he was very nice. They started working on our case. He sent a settlement request to the other party and we haven't heard from them since. They do not return calls or emails with any updates. It has been almost a year since I have gotten an update. I called today and said we will find better representation. This is ridiculous.

I was referred to Abell & Bragg, LLC. Brittney was my attorney, she is very professional and hard working and please not me exclude "All" the staffing at Abell & Bragg too. Yes, Brittney was Victorious in my lawsuit case. She kept me informed what was going on with my case at all times during that time. It was never a time, I couldn't call and needed a questioned answered about my case and her paralegal couldn't answer. So, I suggest don't look high and low for a attorney.
