Excellent customer service. Mr. Polson listened to my concerns and was always detailed with any explanation. Every time anything was pending, he promptly took care of it with the best decision in mind after carefully analyzing options. Staff was friendly, only spoke to staff 1-2 times. Mr. Polson was always in contact directly with any updates.
