RUNAROUND AND FRAUD. This company took my $3600 and referred me out to a "law firm" who after 12+ months of avoiding phone calls and emails, repeated requests from me for the same info, and basically doing NOTHING except telling me "we're working on it", "waiting to hear from Hilton", allowed my FULLY PAID OFF timeshare in the amount of $30,000 to go into foreclosure. I could have saved the $3600 I paid these crooks, and had the same result! THEY DID NOTHING TO ASSIST, and repeated requests for a refund - since they did nothing - have also gone unanswered. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! Their paperwork states a money back guarantee of services are not completed, but they're lying about that now. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!
