Well, I had the privilege of working with Susan Lyon who by the way was the 3rd attorney I worked with throughout this process. That being said, this was probably one of the most frustrating, and probably extended this case, beyond it being settled in a more timely manner. I feel this miscommunication was probably due to Berg & Associates being maybe too big of a law firm to keep track of attorneys being reassigned or dismissed from cases? As far as wrapping up my case with Susan she did do a fine job with returning calls and staying up on as to where this case was going. At the end she actually was able to renegotiate my settlement for a bigger payout from what my insurance company initially offered. Kudos to Susan she did a fantastic job and thank you so much! What I also enjoyed about Susan is that she was really easy to talk we actually became friends throughout all our communication. She's awesome! She's smart! And a wonderful person. Berg & Associate are lucky to have her on staff. Thank you Susan your the best!

Just writing to say it's been four or five years since this review and I still consider this a very hurtful chapter of my life the financial ramifications were enough but the emotional scars have not gone away..
Sure, the reviews are great, they do seem to win a lot for their clients. Wonder how it would be if we heard from more people on the other end. The way my case was handled made me feel bullied. The statement to my insurance company was full of lies.

The main thing that hurts is that Berg didn't once talk to me or even see pictures of my vehicle. The fact that they refused to talk to me is frustrating even though I understand why they would do it.
There seems to be no regard to the fact that all parties are human beings whether deemed "at fault" or not. I was treated horribly.

Berg Injury Lawyers changed my life for the worse. My car was totaled by a speeding driver. I had just pulled from a curb and didn't even need to move my car after impact because I was just starting to move. The other had fairly minor damage and was fixed after a few days. I was found 100% responsible for a situation that,if anything,should have just been judged partially my fault. Berg stated that I have "tortously" pulled from the curb. Imaging what a person would have to do to pull from a stop to 3 inches in the road with force enough to total the car. I could go on about what I went through and the impact still on my life. The other driver got substantial settlement. I on the other hand went months without a car and my insurance rates are doubled. Not once did I hear from Berg except to be asked about my income. I have noticed that only reviews with 4 or 5 stars are getting responded to here.
