1. From the very beginning calls where returned promptly and or Claudette picked up immediately ( which is rare for a law firm)

I was gathering the information that I need to gather, and I was doing everything on my part that kept me engaged and knew that we were working towards the common goal. Because of this meticulous care, because of their patience answering questions and doing everything on their end to ensure that it’s a smooth ride, I actually received my benefits faster than what I expected

Tom Sinclair and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat in a difficult and disputed LTD claim against Lincoln Financial. My sister's employer, a multinational retail chain, withheld LTD premiums for almost two years, but had not secured the LTD policy. She was seriously injured and applied for the LTD benefits she had paid for. Lincoln Financial denied her claim. The fight was on, and Tom Sinclair held both of these companies accountable. My sister is a single income household. She was in fear of losing everything as she can no longer work and has additional medical expenses.
