Based on the reviews below, I'm worried I may be in the same boat. I took an assignment with All States Notary over 30 days ago. Haven't receive responses to my 2 emails inquiring about my payment. Just looked up their profile and they state they pay 30 days after closing.

Will wait a few more days and then take further action. Signing Agents work hard to provide professional services. We should not have to hunt down payments for providing these services.

In my case I drove over 70 miles each way, printed package twice that was over 130 pages and then went to FedEx to mail it immediately afterwards.

I will not accept that a company I contracted with to provide these services will not honor the contract I fulfilled.

I will contact my lawyer to handle the issue and see if he will start a class action suit against them based on all the feedback I am seeing and their breach of contract terms.

I will also contact NNA and ask what they can do to get this companyvremoved from Snapdocs. I'm just really upset to see all of these reviews happening to hard working notaries. It is wrong and .we spend a lot if money to become and maintain our professional Notary Signing Agent status...

I wish I would have read the read the reviews for this signing service before I accepted a job from them. It’s been over 30 days and I have yet to receive payment. It’s very frustrating to have to chase your pay vs the company paying you for a service you provided for them!

I used Live Scan LA when I got my real estate license. I was able to walk in, do my fingerprinting and walk out in a matter of minutes. It was very convenient, the service was friendly and pricing was reasonable. And as an added bonus, now I know where to go when I need a notary public too!

Please be aware. All States Notary never paid me for Notary work. Thy have ignored my repeated requests for payment. I have emailed, called them, texted them and much more. They will pocketed all fees from the Title companies. Please be aware.

Notaries please beware before accepting assignments. This company does not pay on schedule. I am still waiting on payment from a job I completed nearly 40 days ago. I’m left comments on snapdocs, emails, and texts. No payments has yet been received
