Just Amazing. This review is long overdue. We first met when preparing to move my mother in law to assisted living there were a number of documents that needed to be notarized. Many pertaining to her estate from wills and trusts to end of life papers. Steffe was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient and compassionate. Two weeks letter our Loan modification documents were mailed to us and told to find a notary. We knew “our” notary and once again we were impressed. From being organized to accommodating and really knows her stuff. Steffe not only understands the documents but can explain them as well. Our third encounter was when my dad was admitted to the hospital and had not yet signed his living will. Steffe met us at 9 pm without hesitation and within 15 minutes everything was complete.
We could not be more pleased with the quality and accuracy of service.
