I had a bad experience working with Michael Kiesling. My neighbor, Mellano Farm, is his client and I had several communications with him in regards to pesticide drift that occurs regularly onto our property. He did not respond to emails in a timely manner. There were several occasions in which I would have to email him a month later asking for a response to a previous email. Rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate lawyer. Repeatedly misrepresented facts in a seemingly intentional fashion. I do not recommend.

Marie Kenny Burke, Ashley Fasano, and Lindsay David all clearly received their law degrees from a Cracker Jack box. They defend parties that have clearly broken the law, and lie through their teeth to try to get their clients off the hook. Considering they can’t even follow the proper procedures for the type of case they’re dealing with, it’s embarrassing. They provided documents that were supposed to be confidential to the other party. If you’re looking for clowns, not attorneys this is absolutely the right place for you to go. They can’t even be bothered to keep client confidentiality.
