I had tried to work with 4 different law firms on my divorce settlement with all unacceptable experiences.
It is a joy for me to write this post. From my first phone call to Charlotte Christian Law, I can attest to their professionalism. They were always available, punctual on the calls and meetings, and very knowledgeable, proposing out of the box solutions for all my concerns.
I repeatedly dealt with Maria and Emily on the prepping and general meeting arrangements. Mrs. Holly Brasher was the Lawyer that worked directly with me on my case. All three ladies always spoke to me in a "human tone" with empathy, and kindness.
This process has been an emotional challenge already, so the fact that I was able to deal with loving humans was a blessing for me.

Charlotte Christian Law is the best. I'm from Enterprise, AL and was not receiving the counsel I needed in my child custody modification. After extensive research and talking with many law offices I came across Charlotte Christian Law office and immediately felt like they cared about me! I was a little skeptical because this law office is not in my area and I never physically met my attorney till the hearing. Attorney Overton and his paralegal Mrs. Woods were amazing. They cleared up a lot of confusion and helped me navigate my options! Mr. Overton went out of his way to make sure what I wanted was always a priority. They were always timely in their responses. The portal they use is amazing and keeps you updated anytime something is entered in the court. I cannot thank them enough for all the long hours they put into my case and ultimately leading in a decision in my favor.

I was fortunate enough to have Lindsey Davis as our attorney for my mother's case earlier this year. What was such a difficult and confusing situation for my family and I was made as easy as possible with her and her team. Lindsey along with Caroline, her paralegal, were extremely communicative during the entire process and answered all of my questions throughout every single step. I had never been in a situation like this before. Given how unique it was and considering my mom's situation (stroke survivor,) they worked diligently with us to make sure that we were well represented. They did not have a physical office that I could meet anyone with and everything was done over the phone or online. They made signing up and taking a retainer very easy. Unfortunately, a $5,000 retainer for an (originally) uncontested divorce was gone in 2 weeks.

I chose them partly because CC bio said they understood trauma. I am trying to leave a 25-year abusive marriage. The process of working with them only added to the trauma that I have experienced.

Jaycee was nice but something somewhere went wrong. In the end, I got a bare bones piece of paper that I could take to my local courthouse and file for a contested divorce on my own. I also got additional debt at a very difficult time in a repayment plan for that $5,000 with interest through their firm. I can't say I'm happy with my decision to use them. I could never recommend them as the results and the value for money is not there. I decided to trust them and I was wrong.

EDITED INFORMATION: AT THE TIME I RETAINED YOU, THERE WAS NOT A PHYSICAL ADDRESS THAT YOU/STAFF WERE AT. I was told that it was undergoing renovation. But definatley no physical office. Yes, you all did do a lot of work, but left me suddenly and in a bit of a lurch. VERY SUDDENLY. I know you think you did a good job. But I don't. Thanks for your reply. I will say that my 1-star reviews got the fastest attention I experienced with your firm! You are super fast at replying to a bad review!
