Post-divorce I suddenly found myself in need of an attorney to help me fight for the protection of my kids. An acquaintance referred Jeremy Boyer with the warning that he's aggressive. That is exactly the type of attorney I needed!

Unlike the attorney I used for my divorce, Jeremy heard my story, believed my case was worthy of what I was asking, and went for it. My previous attorney, during my divorce, left me feeling defeated by giving me all the reasons why a judge would likely not grant me what I wanted despite a lengthy history of compelling evidence, and urged me to settle for much less than what I knew was best for our kids.

Jeremy was the type of attorney I needed from the get-go. He gave me the best and worst-case scenarios, didn’t sugar-coat anything, but also held the motto that if you don’t ask, you don’t receive. He also didn't let me get pushed around by my ex; he pushed back on my behalf and encouraged me to hold my line.

A word of advice for those seeking divorce: What you expect to be a fairly amicable process often turns ugly and you are faced with a person you didn't know existed. At that point, you don't want an attorney that simply goes through the motions. No attorney can guarantee an outcome, but they should at least put forth the effort to secure you the best outcome legally possible.

Kevin Polis and his staff were phenomenal!
I highly recommend this firm.
2019 was a very stressful time for my daughter and I. Dealing with a custody fight. I reached out to Kevin right before thanksgiving that year, I explained my situation and how the other party had no relation with my daughter. I went on to explain to him how much of a narcissist and manipulative he was. Kevin reassured me that he would fight for what is best for the child. It was a 2yr fight I am thankful that my cousin Wendy referred me to Kevin.
