After a positive interaction with Lori Bessler at Bessler Law years earlier in which I ended up not needing her services at that time, in the past year I decided to hire her to deal with a new issue that arose with my condominium HOA.
The issue involved a decision by the HOA board that I felt was prejudicial to me. I tried to appeal to the board’s sense of fairness, but my pleas fell on deaf ears.
I had a half hour consultation with Lori initially to “test the waters” and see if she might be able to help and I was pleased enough with our initial interaction to hire her for help with my issue.

After months of back and forth, Lori eventually resolved the matter in my favor without having to go to court. She was able to convince the board and its legal counsel that they were on shaky legal ground with their initial decision, which led to a change of heart by the board in my favor.
Lori works quickly and efficiently, her billing is fair, her bench of knowledge is deep and she gets results. I am thrilled with the outcome from working with her and can unreservedly recommend her to aggrieved condo owners who want the best counsel in their corner. Thank you, Lori, for your excellent work.
