I got into a car accident back in July of 2024–it was a hit and run (luckily I own a dash cam). I was really stressed out about my situation but then I started to browse around for attorneys that can help me—and that was when I stumbled upon Phillips & Pelly. I read their reviews and all of them had positive feedback/experiences. When Ashley LaFontaine reached out to takeover my case and do everything on her end, it made me feel relieved and at peace. The process took about 6 months. But overall, I recommend this company. And I’d like to extend my appreciation for everyone’s help that made this process smooth on my end.

I started a process with Matthew De Lira of Phillips & Pelly in May of 2022 after I was injured. The process was as he explained right from the beginning, long, slow and tedious. Matt kept me well informed and up to date with everything that was going on. He never let a call or text go unanswered and no question I had was too small. He always made me feel comfortable with any concern I brought to him, needless to say, his patience is bar none. My case just ended in August of 2024, and I couldn't be any happier with the results Matt obtained for me. I would recommend anyone looking for a great attorney to reach out to him. His professionalism and dedication to his clients is amazing to say the least. Injuries and dealing with insurance companies is nothing I would ever recommend doing on your own or with the wrong attorney. Matt is great attorney as well as something I think many people wouldn't normally say about an attorney, he's a great guy and someone I would call a friend. As cliche as this might sound, Matt De Lira will fight for you!!

Where do I start… Phillips and Pelly is such an amazing agency!! My lawyer Jennifer Nelson was an absolute saint!! She was so communicative, smart, kind and patient. I was very satisfied with the service I received from them. I was in college and between a full schedule and the recovery process they made me feel much less stressed about my load. They were VERY kind and would contact me reminding me the steps I needed to take, furthermore I’d like to mention they were gracious in their care for me, as I was mostly unresponsive and busy. They always spoke kindly to me regardless of my inefficiencies with communication. I’m SO impressed with this team! This team is incredible! I found them on Yelp and I saw how amazing the reviews were so I reached out. I am SO glad I did! Jennifer and Oliver helped me all the way through. Jennifer really cared about my case. I felt like she took mu situation personally and wanted to see it work out for my best and take care of what happened in the best way she could.
