I did not have a great experience. They all believed my ex who was lying about everything. Unfortunately, I had to go to court where everything was straighten out. The truth eventually comes out, just not at Madison Divorce Mediation. If you have any contention in your divorce, I would recommend literally anything else. They will ignore the clear abuser and make it harder for the victim trying to escape with a fair shot for a normal life.

For example, I asked that my ex not bring our daughter around his 19yo girlfriend to help make the transition during the divorce easier. Ted literally told my ex that it was fine and there was nothing I could do. That relationship ended very poorly (surprise surprise) with police involvement. Who could have possibly predicted that? I was asked to constantly compromise, while my ex was avoiding paying for anything, and got out of helping with the newborn phase with our newborn who was born 4mn after the filing.

While probably no one would have a "great experience" navigating a divorce, Madison Divorce Mediation made this challenging emotional experience feel reasonable, compassionate, and fair. I worked with Sandra, Kim and Grant , and felt that everyone's (including the kids) needs were heard and validated. My ex-husband and I used Madison divorce Mediation last year. We were definitely set on Mediation, as we had very few issues that we had not already came to an agreement upon. We set up our initial consult with Ted, who was just fantastic. He answered every single question that we had, going over different scenarios.
