Words can’t properly express how grateful I am for Erica. From the first 10 minutes we met in our initial consultation, I knew that she was the right person for our divorce. We went through the process extremely quickly (the fastest I’ve heard of from anyone I have spoken with), smoothly, and for a very fair price. Her demeanor and process allowed my ex-wife and I to work through what might be the most challenging time in my life, in a way where we both walked away feeling like we were treated fairly and respectfully. This outcome also had the benefit of showing our children how, even in a less than ideal situation, adults should conduct themselves. I have already recommended Erica to 4 close friends or co-workers and can’t do so any more strongly or confidently.

I was initially skeptical about the need to hire a mediator. There were no areas of major disagreement regarding children, property, or finances. After going through the entire process with Erica, I am happy we chose to work with her. She provided unbiased guidance regarding what Wisconsin law requires as a baseline and what is typically included in a marriage settlement agreement. The final marriage settlement agreement perfectly matched our needs and desires for our separate lives after divorce. It included several items that I never would have thought to include, but will make my post-divorce life much easier. I strongly recommend working with Erica. I could not recommend using Wisconsin Divorce Solutions more. There is no "success" when a marriage is ending but the approach to arbitrating our marital settlement agreement and helping both of us through a difficult situation was as close to "easy" as one could get in a difficult situation. Erica's warmth, approachability, empathy and clear explanations of complex processes was so appreciated and relieved so much stress. And all of it done without the exorbitant costs that you so often hear associated with divorce. If you and your spouse can work with Erica to get to a mediated agreement, you'll both be better off.
