It's surprising that such a good law firm has such low ratings. I found out about this firm when I worked with a chiropractor. We worked with many different attorneys and law firms, but Boris stood out as one of the most professional among them. Years later, even though I no longer work there, Boris was the first person I reached out to when I got into my first car accident. When my parents were involved in car accidents (three times, none of which were their fault), this law firm took amazing care of them! Car accident cases can be messy and take time—that’s something people often don’t understand. But compared to other attorneys I've worked with, this firm was the most helpful! I recently got into another car accident and, once again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to take care of my case!

Handed them an easy win. Where I was the victim passenger on a car incident. Got left with nerve damage back problems n no records because they miss handled lost so no medical anywhere in the medical system now stuck reacquiring to get new documentation just to prove that I'm injured n since there is no $$$ in it for them to assist. Now stuck on my own figuring out to to remedy this for my self no $ for them like last 150k n there two face smiles ☺.

Really bad firm, super unorganized. No communication. They dont build up your claim and get the bare minimum in settlement. Your case will take at least 2.5 years to settle. Horrible Horrible firm.

Called them back in October when my wife had a car accident and talked to 3 different people the day after (they said they couldhelp me). Didn't heard anything back from them the next week, and after about 3 additional phone calls I just gave up.
You should let people know if you are able to help them or not...worst waste of time in my life!

The people at Rubinstein Law Office are very talented. They know what theyre doing and they fight for their clients. When we was in a car accident they helped us so much. They walked us through everything and always kept us up to date about what was going on and what came next. We recommend them to anyone. If youve been in an accident you should contact them as soon as possible. They really helped us with a difficult situation and we sure they can help others too. If there is 0 star, I would put a 0 star for Boris Lefelman-case manager!!! When I had a car accident, the first person I was referred to was Boris. The first impression when I had to sit down with him was very unprofessional and rude. I signed a paper and thats it, he have not done anything for my case, since I changed my lawyer. I did not like working with him. Well the worst part is he did tried to put a lien on my case, for which he has not done ANYTHING!!! Free money for a lawyer... I would never reccomend him to anyone!!!!
