I am a co-heir of an estate managed by one of his clients. After my brother died, his half sister strong armed her way to being executor of his estate. He had no will. No one except her nephews approved but the the Pierce County Courts decided that she was the only one with an attorney, Hammermaster, and that she could be executor under the courts "guidance". That was over 2 years ago. I know because we still have my brothers blind, formerly extremely obese (causing blindness) Labrador.

The other day I drove by his property on my way back from a work meeting. The property was obviously sold and had been sold for some time as the old house was removed and a new one in its place. It would take some time to do this as the house had been owned by hoarders for generations.

When we tried to contact Hammermaster about this, we were told, rudely, it wasn't our business.

I think both the executor and Hammermaster are going to be unhappy soon. In Washington State, it's the executors responsibility to keep the other heirs informed of all matters of the estate. Two and a half years of radio silence with the attorneys office basically assisting in that break of contract is ridiculous.

The Piece County Courts should rent me a parking spot because I'm going to be a dog with a bone. I recommend this law office advise their client to follow the law, and soon.

Untrustworthy, backstabbing, lieing theif. He thinks he is above the law by stealing millions of dollars of your family's money regardless of any of there wishes as to what they want done, and he will go behind there back decieving and disrespecting years and years of built friendships and trust that my grandparents had in him and he will do what he sees fit. Regardless of anything my grandparents had ever done for him or anybody else in the town of Sumner. Between my mother and hammermaster and Marryanne Larson they have all done the absalute most disrespectful and disgraceful acts towards my now deceased grandparents. You should all be ashamed of your greedy, selfish, ungreatful, law breaking, no respect, discusting selves. My grandparents would be absalutley disgusted with everyone of you. Complete embarrassment of friends family and and there name that they have worked so hard to make reputable. And not one of you could wait to drag there reputable name through the absalute mud and tarnished it ever so carelessly. I wouldn't trust any of you with 10 cents let alone my lifelong earnings that you have all just squandered ever so carelessly.
