Absolutely would not recommend this office and specifically Mr Lucenko and his paralegal. Horrible experience. Overcharged. Made multiple mistakes in favor of my ex. Paralegal hounded me while I was at work. Wouldn’t answer questions about ambiguous billing charges. If you are a woman, save yourself the frustration and find someone willing to represent YOU.

Representing me in my divorce, it became obvious Mr. Lucenko accepted my former husband's false allegations as truth. My spouse had not worked 24 of our 29 year marriage and strove to fulfill years of threats that I would walk away in a divorce “without a dime". It was a scorch earth strategy full of personal attacks and untruths.

Mr. Lucenko refused to forward my questions onto my former spouse's attorney until too late and pressured me to enter into mediation ill prepared and without my questions being addressed. Mr. Lucenko’s paralegal told me my diamond earrings, a gift, were only half mine. I felt defenseless.

An emotional time to be sure, only worsening with Mr. Lucenko at the helm after which I detailed my experience in a complaint to the Bar.

I encourage every woman seeking representation in a complicated divorce to go elsewhere.

Paying Mr. Meserve for his counseling was easily the worst investment of the entirety of my family law case. Not only was he incorrect on factual details, but when corrected he treated me like I was trying to lie to him. These weren't even contentious details, things you'd expect someone to lie about. These were raw, citable, facts.

Mr. Meserve's guidance when he saw I was accused of [Insert Crime], was to "plead guilty". This was a family law case, not a criminal case. My case couldn't reasonably be taken to criminal court because the only evidence is the testimony of my clearly hostile ex-partner. Which either makes me a criminal mastermind or there wasn't smoke, because there wasn't a fire.

Had I of taken Mr. Meserve's guidance, as he had taken my money, I would now be criminally liable. Now, a year later, the court found that my partner was clearly being deceptive and attempting to leverage the system in a predatory way. Yet that doesn't change the potential degree of damage the guidance from this lawyer could have caused.

If you have limited funds, like most of us do and are in a vulnerable place dealing with a system that is supposed to represent you, but is equally and seemingly purposefully made so complicated that you have to hire someone to decipher it. I would certainly not risk spending your money on this gentleman.
