Please use anyone but Elizabeth Turner. She artificially increases income by ADDING your 401k contributions to your total GROSS income. How can someone that doesn't even know how a 401k works be an arbitrator? She has no idea how a business is ran and it is obvious she doesn't respect men.

If you read this: If someone makes $100,000 per year gross and puts $10,000 away in their 401k that doesn't mean you make $110,000.

Pathetic.

Now that my father's estate is closed I feel free to say why rated you a one-star. Your demeanor is very rude and unprofessional. You spoke very rude to me in a pretty emotional process.
but the biggest problem I have with you as a mediator is you did not even hold yourself to the tedra mediation agreement you wrote on 10-6-2017. You wrote that if we had to come back to you each party would pay. But when we were forced to come back to you you wrote a second agreement that the estate had to pay all the fees. Because you knew my drug addict sister didn't have the money to pay. Greed! You then wrote a second agreement conflicting with what you wrote in your first agreement. My sister failed her first drug test, and you gave her a second chance. That wasn't written in your first agreement. And certainly wasn't written in my dad's will! I had to protect my dad from her stealing from him when he was alive. Then I had to protect his estate and wishes from her and ultimately you from taking what is not deserved.
you write agreements that are left open-ended so clients are forced to come back to you. Then you change what you and your clients agreed upon. You drugged this process along simply so you could make more money.
I would not recommend you to anyone. I feel you are very unprofessional and untrustworthy!

Reply to your response: It's not that I felt unheard! I feel you wrote this agreement so that we were forced to go back to you, more money for you, and you didn't hold up to what YOU wrote. You couldn't follow through with the agreement YOU wrote!

It wasn't that you were unable to answer my questions, it was the manner in which you spoke to me. Instead of being helpful and civil, your demeanor was unprofessional and rude. Politeness and civility are still important. I choose not to be spoken to, in the way you spoke to me. It is not acceptable to be rude in my opinion. I would not ever choose to do business with someone who chooses her words as you do.

Elizabeth is very rude, cunning, and ignorant. She looks at herself as a judge and not a mediator. She make inferences about people and believes what she thinks about you to be true. She is heartless and cruel. By far the WROST mediator I have ever encountered.
