Finding Justine back in December was truly a blessing for me. I have tried so many different treatments through the years since I was about four years old (I’m now twenty) and nothing has ever helped me as much as Justine’s process has. With my plethora of diagnoses such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc; she has given such a unique and specialized approach to all of my needs. She is so multifaceted and has helped with health coaching, spiritual growth, trauma work, day to day goals, and so much more.

Justine has really been an amazing teacher when it comes to my spirituality and has helped me find my own power and purpose and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. She is such an intelligent and empathetic person who can truly make me feel safe and comforted in those vulnerable moments. Whether we sit and do healing meditations, or unpack traumas and issues, she really respects my space and energy. Her ability to keep things light and casual is something so special to me and I am thankful for the amount of laughs we have during sessions, especially while working through some major things.

Her flexibility with scheduling and affordability is something I have never had before and it’s such an important thing to me now. Her knowledge with health and wellness is also so great and she has given me some amazing advice that has truly benefited me. I leave our sessions feeling lifted emotionally, physically and spiritually and nothing compares to that feeling. I could not recommend someone more if you’re looking to really grow as a person, Justine is just absolutely wonderful.

I don't know what I would have done without Justine as I went through my divorce and career change. It was a tremendous amount of growth in the middle of a very difficult time. She also helped me coach my son through the changes, in a way that works with my spiritual and holistic health beliefs.

Our sessions include mediations and clearings, coaching, legal consultations, career exploration.

Justine was there with me every step of the way. She offered emotional support and processes for clearing deeper blocks, as well as dropping the negative thinking of the mental mind.

Justine is a one of a kind unique healer in a different form that I am used to. She listened very well to my constellation of traumas that began before and after my birth, through childhood, extended into my military career and into my now middle age. She possesses traditional talk therapy knowledge but she also successfully addresses my non-religious esoteric side with her deeper spirit confluence and understands, that not all traumas have origins in the earth plane. I once had a talk therapist who helped get me set up with a Reiki master for my certification, which was great, but beyond this I was offered what I consider to have been, traditional services. For example; I talk, then my many psychiatrists and therapists over time listened, offered suggestions including informative books to read, or EFT or EMDR. With Justine, she has studied and experienced trauma recovery that includes energy healing, mind/body positive mindset, manifestation and encourages me to work at engaging in my own everyday healing processes with important homework, and then checks my progress at our next meeting. Justine was also instrumental in helping me to regroup during a very personal emergency that I had recently with a potential love interest, going out of her way to help me in recovering a positive mindset.

Justine is a true Earth Angel. I have so much love and adoration for this beautiful healer. She is so understanding, patient, uplifting, and unbelievablly supportive. She has such light, and it is a gift for her to share it.

Our relationship began around March 2018, when I was in a very sad and lost place. She helped lead me back to a version of myself that was so much more than the experience I was having at the time. Empowerment is truly her game.

Justine offers discovery calls, and it would be well worth your time. And if I haven't sold her yet, know that she has an incredible depth of knowledge and you will get resources out the wazoo! Many a time I have received an email from her sharing a link she came across and thought of me. The work is primarily held in session, but it's not restricted to it - which provides a very safe space to explore and reconnect to the person, ambitions, and lifestyle that is true to your Self.

I am beyond grateful. It is a true blessing to have Sapphire Empowerment as both a coach and ally.

I have worked with Justine for quite some time now both one on one and in a couples capacity. If I’m honest, for the first few years I thought it was pointless and none of the skills she was teaching me clicked, leading to a frustrating experience. I recently separated from my partner and I can say after that event I saw the most personal growth. The things Justine talked about and all of the skills just suddenly made sense. It felt that my sessions with Justine were lessons in school. Justine was teaching me the skills and I absorbed some of this (or a lot) whether I realized it or not and now this is the final test where I’m seeing that I’ve learned a lot more and grown a lot more than I had realized. I’m still a work in progress and you can’t rush this but I can definitely say I would be in a much darker place after this breakup if I hadn’t been working with Justine. Her process is simple. She listens but doesn’t hesitate to point out flaws in my thinking and helps me work through things in words I can understand. Thank you so much 🙂
