Over Christmas I was looking for a local BI attorney to help me condo tenant issues. Mr. Kinney opened his office and sat down with me to hear me out about the tenant problem, and offer his insight about how to proceed. Although tenant issues was not his area of legal practice, I very much appreciated the pro bono general advice toward finding other legal representation.
