Sorry for my tiny words…you know I am 100% disabled….. Rosemary, if you say who you are and, please help this 100% disabled veteran. I have one day to appeal the US SSN department, can you help me?

Very disappointed. They did not even do a timeline therefore social security did not go back far enough. They take from the poor and disabled they have been overpaid $700 and I made them aware of that and they won't correct it they steal from their clients they don't answer their phone and it takes forever for them to get back to you I read the reconsideration that they filed for me and most of the questions the answered were wrong or they weren't answered. They made more money than I did on my SSI and SSDI back pay they are crooks

I was on the fence about hiring Attorney until my wife convinced me it would be best. This is all new for me but I am confident with the Wear Law Firm l am just starting out with them, so far so good. Communication has been good, along with the customer service which is big for me. Never returns phone calls. Repeatedly called and asked if she filed appeal. Still no response. No idea what to do now.
Wear law office response was unfair. My son signed that I could contact and be a contact because part of nature of his disability is that he doesn't follow up or respond. I filled out all the paperwork because he would never have finished it. We had already applied at SS office before we were put in contact with her from a counselor. Been denied again and she won't return my phone call on next steps-only found out about the denial because of own research- she did not reach out to my son

I can't say enough good things about Rose and her husband. She was VERY thorough, went above and beyond. She actually got CPS records from when I was very young (early 90's, if not before) proving I had certain conditions from the time I was a child. I never once felt judged or was treated badly. They were extremely supportive, uplifting, positive and had alot more confidence in me than I did lol. I felt like they really cared. They were accommodating in meeting up with me if needed. I was kept updated throughout. And by the time we made it to court, there was no argument. The hearing wasn't even necessary because by the time we got to court the State/Federal attorney agreed that I was disabled. I was in and out of the courtroom, and I won, within 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Rose and her husband, both!

I first made contact with the wear law office back in August of 2019 and they assisted me with my disability case. It has taken two years but has been a great and easy process thanks to them. I am finally approved and don't think I could have done it without them.

From the initial filing up to my recent hearing they held my hand and took care of all paperwork needed. I just needed to be consistent with going to the doctors and they handled everything else. They were always very responsive and respectful when I needed to contact them and every question was answered thoroughly and quickly.

I have already recommended them to family and would for anyone who needs help with the craziness of filing for disability. Special thanks to Rosemary and Todd who are great people for what they do.

Rosemary and Todd are wonderful! They treated me with kindness and compassion. I was very symptomatic when I finally decided to apply for SSDI. The process was so overwhelming and stressful until I was referred to Wear Law. They made it pain free and easy. They took care of almost everything for me. More importantly, they were supportive and completely nonjudgmental. I was treated with dignity and respect. They got me my SSDI on the first try which is practically unheard of. I now refer people who need disability to the Wears. I can’t imagine going with anyone else.
