I just called to set up a consultation
The receptionist sounded like she was struggling a bit, and it was at the end of the day. So I had asked if I called at a bad time. Suddenly, I was being accused of being rude, and Paul wanted to question my integrity if I can handle being respectful towards his staff.

I honestly have no clue what happened for them to make this assumption. But I do feel I was completely disrespected and disregarded for no apparent reason.
When I hire an attorney or even have a consultation, I expect professionalism and a mutual respect with boundaries.
A 30 second phone call turned into me being questioned About my respect and integrity

Tried to make an appt after my son was assaulted at school by his teachers. After dealing with police, and the school I obviously called to make sure my son had representation. The lady up front could barely hold a conversation she seemed so " hyper" to.put it nicely. she took down what info she could manage gather(none of it what i was trying to portray somehow she got down "bullying & suing ") I wouldn't recommend. Something is weird with this place for sure

I never hesitate to recommend Krista to a friend or colleague looking for legal representation. When prosecutors see Krista on the other side of the table they know it will be a fight they cannot win. She listens to her clients, and works for the best possible outcome.

I had a family law question and called their office. I was offered a phone consultation for a 45-minute consultation for a more than fair price. I accepted the offer and spoke with one of the attorneys who was professional and gracious at the same time. She listened to my situation and offered possible solutions. She was knowledgeable and did not pressure me to retain them. If I need to proceed with my situation, I will definitely be calling DiNenna & Associates!

I hired Paul to help me litigate long-distance custody issues after reading some of his reviews on Google. Throughout the entirety of my litigation he was always professional while also being very personable.

I’m obsessively detail-oriented and Paul and his staff never made me feel like I was bothering them with all of my questions or concerns pertaining to my case. Paul and his staff promptly responded to every email or telephone call.

Paul always ensured that I wasn’t allowing the other party to take advantage of me, but he also appreciated the fact that my end goal was always whatever would be best for my children (which to me means as decent of a relationship with my ex as possible).

Paul did everything in his power to settle my case, but we unfortunately had to take the case to trial as the opposition wasn’t being even close to reasonable in their demands.

Paul was extremely thorough in his preparation for trial, even taking the time to review my file over the Easter weekend as my trial was set to begin the Monday after Easter. Not only was he prepared, but he ensured that I was prepared to provide testimony as well.

Paul laid it all out in court. On multiple occasions he brought forth the contradictions in my ex’s testimony, leaving my ex completely stumped with how to reconcile his answers.

In the end we won our case by a landslide. Basically the opposition received what I had been offering all along, except the Judge gave me slightly more than I was even asking for.

While I’m glad to move on, I will sure miss Paul’s friendly banter. If I ever have to deal with litigation issues in the future, Paul will be my first call.

I don't understand the other reviews stating Paul is an aggressive man and that communication is poor. Whenever I contact Paul whether it be by email or phone call I heard back immediately. He has always filed my court documents immediately and always gotten quick results for me. He does not disappoint or let people down. He is a genuinely amazing lawyer and fights hard for his clients. I have never had a false charge from him for free services as others have stated and if you want to win- this is the place to go.
