I was looking for a security system that I could install myself to save money. I went to Best Buy, and almost all the systems have monthly fees. Plus they were mostly wifi and I wanted hardwired to supply power. I didn't want to change batteries. I also wanted remote viewing from my phone. Two way mic, and pan tilt zoom.
Home depot, Lowes, best buy, or online shopping, you really don't know how good it is. No person to help you set it up.
Allen, with Tech Security USA has a store in lynnwood wa that you can go to and Allen will guide you through the process of what you need.
Customer service is amazing!
I couldn't find a security company in Seattle to go and look at systems, let alone buy a system without the security company wanting to install it.

Finding Allen & Tech Security was a blessing and nothing short of a needle in a haystack. I've utilized security cameras here in the PNW for over 20 years. Due to issues with a prior camera expert, I found myself in need of help at the tail end of a total camera upgrade. After a lengthy search I found Allen. From our original phone call he was tremendously gracious and extremely knowledgeable. Once on site, took a few hours but, he was able to do the impossible and fix our problem.
