Everyone was incredibly helpful. I love that they will allow you to make payments and I believe they are the only firm that will. It made going through something like this easier and smooth. They were never too busy for small questions, and if the assistants didnt have the answer, the paralegals were happy to get back to you promptly with an answer. I just finished my payments and recently bought a car and have already improved my credit rating to almost 700. Thanks northwest for giving me a clean start! My financial life is back on track.

They have been wonderful to work with, have made a bad financial situation much easier to deal with. I was very scared at first, but after they took over things it was like having a ton of bricks off my shoulders. Highly recommended and a great staff!

BK can be stressful and even embarrassing, but NW debt relief made the process an easy one. Shot out to the Vancouver office! Thank you for being professional, but at the same time comforting. I hope no one ever has to go through BK, but if you do NW Debt Relief is the best!

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how many different people we worked it. It made it a little confusing on who was handling what and who to go to for answers. That being said, everyone we did work with was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had an easy no asset matter. Office was attentitive and always returned calls and answered questions even though I wasn't a high needs or high paying client. The gee was reasonable and being able to pay in payments was the best!
