After my wife filed for divorce, I had no idea what to expect. Wendy was recommended to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier with the service provided. From the outset, Wendy put my mind at ease and walked me through the process at each and every step.
When comparing the documents prepared by Wendy to the documents prepared by the opposing attorney, I could tell that Wendy was a true professional. The extra time that Wendy put into these documents, as well as the time she spent reviewing with me showed that she cared for the outcome, and had the best interest of myself and my daughters at heart. The outcome from the divorce was way better than I expected, and I have Wendy to thank for that.

Wendy is a compassionate attorney, who can also guide you when you might need some good counsel. So glad I listened to her! My only experience with a Collaborative Divorce Attorney was great. Negative & bitter reviews from an opposing party speaks of defeat, not victory. If you truly even feel there is victory to be had in divorce, especially with children involved, then it's clear you haven't really won anything.
If you feel you can "win" a battle solely based on financial gains or losses...then I challenge you to look outside yourself and consider who the real loser is in your situation! Is it really your ex? Or is it your children who are the true victims of vindictive attitudes & behaviors How much did it cost THEM for YOU to be "right"?!?!
I can genuinely & wholeheartedly say that Wendy had mine & my children's best interest at heart, even when my ex didn't. Wendy was a pillar of strength, professionalism, knowledge, compassion, & PATIENCE through 3 painful years & 3 different attorney's on the opposing side. She was there from beginning to END!!! And for that...I will forever be grateful!

Since you had to comment. Yes opposing, and glad Wendy was not my attorney... Wendy and her client lost.. What little was gained by Wendy cost my ex more than could have ever been gained. Wendy was good at dragging everything out to take longer so Wendy could make more $$. At the end of the day that's what she is really good at, costing her clients a pretty penny. Wendy if you have more to say so do I. Thanks for everything.

Ms. Zicht is a powerful force both in the court room and in negotiations. Her knowledge, compassion, skills, and abilities as a family attorney, let alone her experience at both in front of and sitting on the bench are beyond measure.
