Leslie was hired to help my father downsize his estate. She was realistic, communicative, and incredibly competent. Through the process we were so well taken care of that we decided to hire her to sell his house as well. Leslie went above and beyond and displayed genuine concern for my fathers wellbeing, at one point even doing a wellness check and driving him to the hospital! She sold his house in record time, navigated several challenges with grace and expertise, and for a price slightly above what we were hoping for! Leslie is not only the hardest working real estate agent that I know but also the hardest working person that I know. She helped my wife and I buy a condo and everything went smoothly. This is regarding Ms Leslie Fleming, Realtor in Gig Harbor, who works all surrounding Counties. We were referred to Ms Fleming, as being one of the most ethical, reliable, and successful Agent around. These points are a gross understatement of what Ms Fleming provided to us. She demonstrated the highest standard of service, within a short period of time. Ms Fleming took over a dirty Hoarders home, was not afraid to get dirty, and completed all necessary tasks for the home to be placed on the market. She took over the disposal of items to charities, scheduled and supervised an Estate Sale, arranged for a painter, a cleaning crew, hired individuals to deal with damages around the home, had individuals take broken items to be disposed, and had the home staged, ready to be listed. I do not know of any Realtor, and I know many, providing such comprehensive services. I can truly, without hesitation, recommend Ms Fleming to anyone seeking a Realtor, not only selling one’s home, however, assist with all of the above mentioned tasks. The home looks beautiful now, and will sell effortlessly.
