They worked with me every step of the way, provided updates when I requested them, answered my calls, and were willing to come up with creative ideas. I was under a time constraint and was worried they might not pull if off, but team came through in the end. Highly recommended, they went above and beyond.

Search no further, you found your service with Premier. I had an extremely rush situation. An Ex Parte of sorts, one might say, for emergency needs, it was filed with an original court order. We had two weeks to the court date. STRESS? Never, their team (without specifics secret, each case is special) went so far above and beyond, there are no words. Without delay their team jumped into action. Every attempt was shared with me, and having only five days to locate, and serve the other party, (to give them the legally required response time) their team was amazing! Relaxing at home, and bam, a message, "We got your guy". I danced around like I'd won the lottery. I was impressed as they did the service with two days to spare.
The service was submitted electronically to the courts by Premier. I received a PDF copy of the services, electronic submission receipt from it being sent to the courts, and a billing statement for my records via email within 24 hours of the the service.
It was a race against time. Which one of us was going to serve who first. I hired Premier to make sure it was done right. They tried to lure me to a friend's to be served out of town. You got found and served first.....Premier "got my guy."

Premium Process did an Amazing job. Kept me informed and updated on the process. Straight forward with the fees/charges as detailed on their website. Even though serving the paperwork was not successful (cause the individual to be served was avoiding them and we only had a week to serve the paperwork) they did provide me a DETAILED proof that attempts were made to provide to the courts. Tim with Premium Process did a fantastic job for me, and it was worth the money! I paid extra for same day results. He made several attempts and accomplished the objective as expected. Tim was interested in the job and passionate about getting it done right and on time. His heart was in it. He was willing to go the extra mile - literally. I inadvertently gave him a wrong address, and upon meeting the owner of the house, Tim used his tools, his experience and knowledge to validate that it was a wrong address, find a more likely address, called me to discuss it, and then he drove more than 35 minutes further to reach the correct address and accomplish the service. He is clearly skilled, knowledgeable, smart, and passionate. He then proceeded to eFile my proof of service with the court and emailed me the signed proof of service along with the filing receipt, saving me the trouble. If they hadn’t accepted the proof of service, Tim was willing to go in and file it in person. I paid a little more than another service wanted, but I made the right choice, hands down. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tim again if ever I need to serve someone, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody who wants to get it done right and as quickly as possible. Great Service!
