Teri is very professional and easy to talk too. She made me feel like a person and made me feel good about myself when going through this rough time. She is the easiest person to get in touch with and always always calls, text, or emails you back promptly. She does not leave you hanging and is with you every step of the way. It’s been many years since I called Teri in sobbing because I was 3 days from losing my house to auction and didn’t know what else to do. She took me on, cared for me and saved me. She held my hand through the whole process with patience and kindness, never judgement. She filled me in on everything that was going to happen and how we should approach it. We were in contact just about daily through the process. She’s so caring and compassionate, you feel like she’s truly your advocate. She REALLY knows her way around bankruptcy laws and what the process is going to be like for your situation. She was right about everything including what the judge would ask me about at the end. I could not have asked for a better angel in my time of need. I really don’t know what I would have done without her or how bad life would have been. I decided to write this review years later because I wanted to refer someone in need to her. I should have written this long ago.

Teri is the best. I was very unsure and scared going into my bankruptcy, but Teri's professionalism and guidance eased us. She was always willing and available to help.
