Contacted Chuck (Charles) after many frustrating months of trying to remove a squatter on our own. Once we started the process with Triad, we finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel, and issue is resolved. Triad is the way to go and will save you money in the meantime. If you are facing this issue with a squatter or tenant, we recommend you go online to your county's website and fill out as many forms (even if your not sure which ones because it is confusing) as you can prior to your call so you can forward to them to get started without delay! Thank you Chuck, Laura and Liz!

We have had Triad Law Group represent us on two separate occasions. Their professionalism, honesty and integrity make them an easy choice. This is the first time we have ever wrote a review and that speaks to itself. Chuck and Boris walked us through all of our options and ensured that we were informed in making a decision that worked best for us.

Fantastic, skilled experts in mortgage foreclosure laws! Chuck Greenberg and Zach Greenberg of Triad Law Group. After a 40 year career in commercial-investment real estate and Past-President of three State Real Estate Associations and Board Member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, I needed help with my Mortgage lender granting a loan modification. I struggled for over two years submitting document upon document, over and over again, all to no avail. The national lender repeatedly declined my requests for loan modification saying that I did not submit the required documents.

I hired Chuck and Zach Greenberg of the Triad Law Group. In just two (2) weeks; I received my Loan Modification! It was like a miracle from God, finally being approved for a loan modification after two years of trying to work with my lender! Chuck and Zach Greenberg made this happen! I am so very thankful I found them. I most highly recommend Chuck and Zach Greenberg to anyone needing help with their real estate loan or their real estate concerns..

Chuck was supposed to represent us in a real-estate matter and didn't bother to file a single document with the court. As a result the real estate agent got his name removed from the suit. Mr. Greenberg did nothing for the $5280 dollars he got from us and refuse to refund even a portion of the money we gave him. The Bar Association and the attorney general of the state of Washington showed no interest in helping us. He is not a very honest man. Avoid doing business with Chuck Greenberg and the Triad Law Group

Had to deal with this business when buying a house. Not communicative (because they don't care) and inconsiderate of my time (late to a meeting at their own office). Maybe you get better service when they know you can walk away but when they are the business selected by a bank to work a home sale, you won't get much service, 2 stars because the home sale went through. I would give 1.5 stars if it was an option.

Laura at Triad Law Group answered all my questions, was very fast from when I got her the paperwork, it was only 31 days until we have the nightmare of a renter out.
and was very affordable. I would refer to all my friends. If I had this Law group in Texas I may use them and save the trouble.
