We made an appointment which was very convenient for us.
We were made to feel like family. Len and his wonderful staff are very caring, welcoming, accommodating, and understanding. But most important, we were listened to! Our plan is tailored specifically to our needs and will make our family's task easier when needed. Len made appropriate suggestions for us and he is an advocate of getting everything in place properly.
