When my father in law came to live with us there was SO much paper work to complete. Homes to sell. Bank accounts to transfer. POA’s to get in place. Wills to complete. While doing so we found there was a long ago “guardianship” on my father in law. Jodine was able to walk us through the whole process in the courts and get it dismissed-all while we were in another state. Jodine is very personable and nice to work with…would highly recommend her office.

We had a great consultation and Ms. Dixon answered all our questions thoroughly concerning my Mother's will and what we need to do next. She did an excellent job of explaining options for estate planning for my husband and myself, including the cost. We will use her to complete our estate planning.

Where should I start. It's been a horrific last 4 years dealing with this person for MULTIPLE SHARED clients. She absolutely is the coldest human being to pass the bar exam in Clark County. Attorneys are not supposed to excessively charge, but when you are uncooperative and won't even get on the phone for others attorneys, you end up excessively billing your clients. She will only respond to email, sometimes for weeks at a time. Question: if you did pass the bar exam, why does it take you 6 different explanations from 2 different parties(1 another licensed attorney) about the way in which certain laws work? Stubborn, uncaring, sloppy, unresponsive, uniformed and careless are a few adjectives I would begin with. Thanks for hanging up on me. I would file a bar complaint if they would take action.
