Went in two Saturdays in a row, as we were missing paperwork the first time. The two ladies working were so patient and kind with everyone despite being busy and dealing the new system/rules in place since the upgrade. Would happily return to this office in the future.

I went there to change my cars title to my name. I don’t know the name of the lady that helped me, but they are ALL so nice, polite, helpful! I got everything done in 5 minutes, on a weekday. I’m really glad that I could also walk out with my plates and everything else I needed! I’d recommend this place over and over

In and out in less than 5 mins at 5pm on a Friday. Amazing. Friendly. Helpful. And courteous. Sometimes finding a licensing office or its sister agency, the DOL, can be a bear. And these folks were so friendly and I left with a smile.

So helpful, even over the phone. Be thankful to have them. I recently moved to Nevada. What a horrible experience dealing with their DMV. Make an appointment 2 months out then wait an hour at your appointment. Horrible system in Nevada. Worthington has always helped us over the 20 plus years in Bothell.

I would give this place more stars if I could! I was dreading the thought of coming in because of past experiences in other cities. I arrived at about 4:30 PM (when everyone is getting off or on the road) and needed to renew my tabs/update my address. I was in and out the door in 3 minutes. They were fully staffed and there was no wait. I was blown away by how easy and relaxed everything was. Definitely will come here next time over other places.
