I am now in my 3rd year of working with Attorney Andrew Voelker at Lutz and I could not feel more fortunate.
I can sleep soundly at night knowing Andrew has had my complicated and never-ending case from you know where. To abbreviate some of the matters he has navigated for me for reference; a Protection Order, Restraining Order including minors, a divorce that included domestic violence and extreme property damage to the home, all while the ex was in the process of being criminally prosecuted (found guilty) and relentlessly pursuing vindictive measures against me, and posting his jail bond to the title of my home, amongst more...Needless to say, it has been like a Squid Game version of whack-a-mole with this case and Andrew has been present and proactive at every turn to get me and my family through it safely.

Besides having a really great personality that is easy to get along and work with, he is dedicated, thorough, responsive, compassionate and does an absolutely outstanding job. He is a true professional, and an asset to his field. I couldn't recommend him more.

I hired David Lutz November of 2022, and I’m grateful for the hard work he and his paralegal Jill have put into my case.

My case was an adequate cause case which wasn’t a simple case. While we are still waiting for settlement and trial, I can confidently say that Mr. Lutz has listened to my concerns and advised me throughout this entire difficult and stressful process. Not only was I granted adequate cause, but also granted full custody with supervised visits for the other party.

Although my case isn’t complete yet, Mr. Lutz has been working with me and my financial situation so I can save up for trial. He is very responsive which I believe is vital for having representation.
