I called today to confirm an appointment i had tomorrow with Cole. This appointment was made almost a month age. When I called the girl says I am glad you called. I need to change your appointment but I didn’t have your phone number. Then she says they don’t have time to reschedule my appointment before I leave for the winter. Which I explained when I made the appointment. If I hadn’t called I guess I would have driven 32 miles to an appointment that didn’t exist. REAL PROFESSIONAL!! Now it’s to late to schedule a different attorney.

I needed a hero and Rick was there! I live in the Seattle area but needed a minor modification to an existing parenting plan in Kittitas Co. I called a lawyer that I knew of in Yakima and he recommended Rick Cole. From our first phone call, Rick paid careful attention to every detail and when it was time for court he demonstrated his years of experience with a great outcome for my children and me. It was especially comforting to have someone like Rick in my corner; he fought for me every step of the way. He was passionate, clever and aggressive- yet nurturing and supportive. I wanted to thank you for a great job today. You asked all the right questions and went back and revisited what needed revisiting. I have to tell you as I'm sure you well know everyone thinks attorney's are overpaid and aren't worth it. Today you showed what a great attorney you are. I have an entirely different opinion. I had moments of frustration before today but after seeing you in action I respect the job you do and you do it very well. It's like realtors. People think realtors are over paid when in reality there's lots of times your working for about $5 an hour or less. It's a hard job that I took very seriously. After all it's the single most expensive purchase most people will ever make in their lifetime. Me doing right by them was always my top priority.

Your job is a big responsibility too. Your trying to get through the muck to get to a fair and equitable end.

Mr. Cole has represented me in a few different cases and I would choose him again if needed. He is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He has tried many cases of all kinds and knows what he is doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work and what he is capable of doing for his clients. This office is a complete waste of time and money. They don't do what they say they're going to do, they bill for services not performed, they don't communicate and when they do it's just to bill (they even bill for phone calls inquiring ABOUT THEIR BILLING!). We finally fired them and have been waiting for our money back for more than 90 days. They don't call back when I try to talk to the person who does the billing now. Don't waste your time or money with them.
