Good/solid experience overall.

Only reason 4 stars instead of 5:

1) Going into someone’s personal home for notary services, while it was close to my home and an obvious perk (location is in the same city as me and only 5 minutes away) — it was still a somewhat awkward experience with regard to not knowing what to expect walking through someone’s front door that you’ve never met.

2) I felt that a few small but important clarifications had to be brought up by myself and addressed by notary personnel, at my request only, for what I felt was a fairly simple document to complete (point being: had I not asked about them, I’m not sure they would’ve been addressed).

Other than these two items the experience was quite good and solid: Kimber was kind, polite, thoughtful, and professional. She was patient with my inquiries and seemed to genuinely care about getting them properly addressed. Would definitely recommend!
