Wendy Hernández is such a amazing person and attorney thanks to her I get my visa u and I love her so much and I always going to be so grateful.
But unfortunately the people that work with her are not giving the same service. Rude. And won’t listening to what you have to say or the things you need.

I call early on Monday to see if I can get appointment with her and on the first person that pick the call I was trying to explain what I need to do and what my case will be. And she was keep interrupting me and keep saying how Can help you more than 3 times, I get upset and I ask to speak with someone. Else. She refuse to transfer me with someone. Else saying that the person who took cases or something like that was on vacation or out the office for the whole week then after. the first 2 times that I was asking. Until she decide to transfer me.
Then the Second Lady was straight talking to me on Spanish I’m Latino 100%. And I’m proud to be one.
Second Lady says to me I’m sorry we don’t have appointments available; and I say ok well that would be more easy I’ll look for someone else then she say you want to schedule you appointments?
To what I respond I thought you say you don’t have one available Them I go ahead to say never mind I’ll take my Busisnes somewhere else.
Them Tuesday morning today I receive a call from Wendy Hernandez I was so happy that she was calling me and talk about this incident!!
But I was totally wrong she was calling me to say that I was. Rude to the first person then to the 2 person and she say unfortunately when someone been rude to my employees is something that I don’t like I try to explain to her and at the end I say we’ll if you decide to believe on what they have to say better than a customer or client that comes back after you help him go ahead I’ won’t disagree with you. I’ll just find someone’s else to take the case or to see if they can help me out.
I feel to bad that she decide to believe on those 2 lady’s that work for her at the office instead of listening what really happen in between or a least listen up what I have to say I’m Busisnes owner and I always listen to both parts don’t matter wha.
really bad experience this time. Hope this not happens to anyone else.
Thanks Wendy I still like you as a attorney and as a person you were always been so patient with me and so understanding.sorry if you think and believe that I was been rude to you guys but I was just trying yo explain my self to them and the first person was keep interrupting me with. Ok how can I help you I never assume that she can’t hears what I have to say !!
