years ago, my mom and I
we went there together to downtown office to fill application for TPS. The supervisor was discriminated me and asked to never come back there again. Because, I asked waiver for my mom..
The Supervisor was very rude to me and told me I don't have access anymore to come back to this office to fill application.
I never knew any deception in my life like that before. They take good care of Spanish people...etc not black people
I won't never forget the bad treatment I did receive there.
They pretend to not discriminate people. I don't think that true. They do discriminate there. I was deeply disappointed. And it was a very bad experience ever!

Called them 3yrs ago to get my citizenship done and took 2 damn years to get absolutely nothing done just wasted my time. Would take long for a call back and when they answer just to say they had nothing. And was told they were really busy with all the new immigrants so pretty much didn't care about my case. Dave and his team are just the best, when i thought i had no chance of staying he worked so hard and tried different things to help me stay. I will forever be grateful to them because they gave the chance to be with my children and see them grow, Edit: 05/01/2024 still working with them and let me tell you these ppl work so hard you just don’t have idea of how many cases they each carry because they are passionate about their job and love to help ppl, so don’t judge and if you don’t like it go pay thousands somewhere else! And let this ppl work in peace with grateful ppl

We were lucky that NIJC agreed to take my friend's case. They don't take everyone. I was told by the lawyer for NIJC in Goshen, IN that they only took cases that they thought they could win. In this new case, Olivia Judd agreed to take the case and got a pro Bono lawyer to represent him in court. The lawyer did a wonderful job and he was granted asylum in Chicago yesterday. So. Thank you to Olivia for helping this very worthy man to remain in the U.S. We will be forever grateful for NIJC and for you, Olivia.

They don’t have an answering machine for you to leave a voicemail so good luck calling..and there’s no one to answer emails. The phone call hangs up after being on hold for so long and you have to call again. It’s very frustrating when you just want answers and you just want someone to answer you. To be able to leave a call back number or a voicemail would be nice for people who feel they have no way to get through to someone.
