Although I was initially uncomfortable being in a situation like this with my children I now realize that it is a happy place because my children get to see their Dad & I get to see my children. I only get 2 hour visits two times per week but compared to nothing it is so much. It's nice to share the joy with my littles once again, while I await a divorce trial. The staff is also very kind, understanding. Overall I am very thankful for Fulcrum. For the temporary meanwhile it is a happy place for my family to reunite. Thank you to all of the staff for everything you do.

I have been going to this place for about over a year now. They have been very understanding, patient, and kind with my switching schedules, being late at times, communication mix ups between everyone involved. Tejah the office manager is such a kind wonderful lady that always greets my kid personally and says she’d love to hang out with her today. One of the most recent new staff, Neko, has been awesome since he got there! He’s always been very positive, nice, up beat, very good at communicating through calls and emails to us for rescheduling and confirming visits right away. He is a warm welcoming person that is always smiling and asks how you’re doing when you walk through the door. He is a wonderful new addition to the place that I wanted to give a shout out to.

So they told me, the custodial parent, they couldn’t disclose where my child went off campus to. Its in my rights and the parenting plan to know where my child has been thank you very much! I was also told Id be charged a cancellation fee if I don’t either 1. Bring my child in miserable with a 101 fever or 2. Take him to the emergency room, wait for hours to be told like usual for him to go home and rest, making him more miserable waiting there and possibly contracting something else just so they can have a note to excuse me! I fired them immediately!

Just awful policies... The air of sadness is thick with all the families I see here during my visits. Not one seems to feel comfortable whatsoever with this place. They've also forced an injured and openly bleeding employee to work out her shift though she was injured on the job (injury required staples). They do not have your best interest in mind nor the best interest of even their employees. AVOID at all costs.

The staff have no compassion and will refuse to help you when you ask for it and say it’s part of the policy which is fine and I can understand but the entire environment is negative, and you can feel the sadness in the air like others have said the rooms are smaller than I could’ve imagined There are no changing tables in the bathrooms and when you request a chair or changing pad, they often meet you with a frantic behavior or attitude because they are unprepared to meet your needs and treat you like you are the problem for asking for them.

Absolutely horrible. Wish I would have researched and read the reviews before putting this place as the mediation we needed for my SAFETY. If you are someone who is coming out of DV, understand that this facility does not have your best interest in mind. Mary is continuously disrespectful and it’s so obvious me and my family’s safety needs are not priority. She reported to the court I “continuously” violated the no contact because I showed up early once misunderstanding the agreed time. (I asked for 9, and she called back asking if 9:30 was okay then I confused the agreement). They also constantly change their terms from what I originally signed and somehow expect parents to know these things without notice? Like changing the cancellation fee requirements from 24 hours to 48 hours notice, of course making it harder on parents. Their late fees and cancellation fees are ridiculous. I got a call at 8 pm to pay $40 while I was trying to get my kids down for bed. She could hear my baby crying in the background and still pushed for payment right then.
I will be looking for a new facility. If a family needs mediation there is already a large amount of stress on that family and a mediation service should relieve some of that stress, not add more.

In spite of the grandstanding on their website about how utterly amazing they are, my experience has been awful. I hope others are treated with more respect. Please do better. The "best" mediation center in the State of Washington shouldn't treat people with such little care. Truly wishing the best for the next people that deal with this contemptible organization.

My kids have visitation here, and the staff are generally friendly but a lot of them are not.
