I'm continually impressed by the entire staff and the owners at Ros-Elum Services. The carpet cleaners window techs, and cleaners are all thorough and exceptional. They often go above & beyond to make sure their work is high quality. I enjoy that they are always on time with a friendly smile, ready to get the job done. I work for a local Fire District and we had a little incident with our fire engine coming back from a call. The engine slid on the snow and ice coming down a driveway and partially left the road getting us stuck in about 2 feet of snow and unable to move forward or backward. Larry from Ros-Elum Services saw us off the roadway and drove up offering help. After 2+ hrs of digging and pulling with Larry’s plow truck and backhoe, we finally recovered the engine and got back on the main road. Larry was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and stuck it out with us the whole time. I can’t recommend Ros-Elum enough with their support and dedication to helping their neighbors.

We paid to have our rug ruined. Lady even told my partner that it looked better before. Don't use this company if you value your carpets or rugs, they will damage the fibers and then lie to you about it.

Larry and his crew did a great job cleaning the carpets at Johnston & Williams Funeral Home in Ellensburg. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

They quoted me $450 to clean 1000 sq ft of carpet (which did include stairs and an area rug). They also quoted close to that to clean the tile walls and floor of a shower. We obviously did not go with them as those prices are outrageous.
