Wendy does not stay neutral. She will favor one side and be rude and doesn't listen to the other side. She talks privately with one parent and then tells the other that it's a private conversation that they don't need to know what was said. These people need to know how to discern when a narcisst is lying. Then Wendy said mediation ended cutting off one of the parents as they were talking. This company has no clue and will side with the one who's a better charmer. This place is not good to decide a parenting plan for children when the mediation center has no real clue to what is really going on. This is about a child's well being and obviously their goal is to make more trauma for the child.

They didn't even know what was happening, then got testy telling me to not talk in my normal voice. Not sorry my voice is deep and scares people. Then to not give me email of mediation they said was going to be the same day didn't happen. Had to call 5 times to get a person on the phone, just for them to hang up on me. DONT GO THRU THEM! especially if you are a man and the one you talk to is on vacation and no word has spread of what is actually going on.

We called Northwest Mediation Center not knowing what they had to offer when we were dealing with a landlord/tenant situation. We had been frustrated that there were many resources out there for tenants but not for small landlords. James at NW Mediation Center listened to our situation and offered to help mediate an agreement. He was patient, persistent and had the third party perspective that in the end helped us come to an agreement on a very difficult landlord/tenant issue. It saved us from hiring a lawyer, which saved us so much money, which is crucial in a small rental business. James called our tenant multiple times and persisted when he wasn't responding. I was impressed with his tenacity and gentle manner which he dealt with both parties. I would readily use NW Mediation Center again.

Disappointed, mediator seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else. Nothing was resolved. After 1.5 hours The mediator ended the session quickly without any issues being resolved.

Seek mediation elsewhere, this place was awful.

Not a place I would recommend if trying to come to a speedy resolution. Currently the office hours for family law matters are Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 - 2. So turn around time to get the program going seems to take a bit of time. Will update should we continue with mediation.
