Shallan was super helpful with guiding us towards a modified parenting plan. She was very informed about the laws in Washington State and she was great about helping us come to an agreement that made sense for both families and most importantly, our children. She was always available to help answer questions prior to, during, and after mediation. She is very kind and genuinely cares about helping navigate the ins and outs of parenting plans. I really enjoyed working with her and can’t recommend her enough!

Shallan is incredible at her job. She was professional, reasonably priced, and got us in quickly in a way that fit both of our schedules. I went into mediation convinced there was no way we could ever come to an agreement because we'd never managed it previously. Yet 3 hours later, we walked out with an agreement that I'm very pleased about and I think the other party is happy with as well. Shallan did a wonderful job at keeping us organized, on task, and communicating effectively about what was best for our child's safety and well-being. If I ever have to mediate again, Shallan will be my first call.

Shallan is awesome to work with! She is always accommodating on getting myself and ex partner into talk when needed in a timely manner. She has never made me feel like she is taking side. She is still willing to help us through the initial experience with getting paperwork failed.

I’m a professional in the community and my experience of Shallan and her process is that she is very fair and reasonable. She works hard to help both sides stay in the spirit of mediation (not all one way or the other but what’s the closest to equitable for that situation). If you are in an emotionally stuck place and really invested in just getting your way, it may take a bit longer and be more challenging. Highly recommend.
