VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL - zero stars
Misspelled my last name, actually giving me a totally different name throughout the petition.
While discussing my case with Mr. J. Riddle, he got upset with my concerns and hung up on me. Not professional at all. This just happened today, February 19th, 2025.
I wanted to understand my rights as a tenant when required maintenance or emergency services is requested. The time-line before I have to take action. He couldn't give me an answer and appeared put off by my concerns.., but I payed for his services already.
And, contrat law.., and offer and acceptance is required.. SMH 🤣 🤣

From the moment I stepped into the firm I was greeted properly with a smile and a handshake then escorted to a nice conference room. They were extremely patient with me as we waited for my other guest to attend the meeting that was about 15 mins late but Sandra Caballero and Josselinne Lima didn’t mind us delaying them, in fact they offered me snacks and drinks in the meantime and made me feel so much at ease. My toddler attended the meeting with me and fell in love with Sandra as she embraced him with so much love as if he was her very own. Once my guest arrived the meeting began and let me tell you these ladies are phenomenal and very experienced and knowledgeable people of the law! They were clear and honest about everything and help put together a great plan to achieve the desired result. Josselinne and Sandra were very polite and extremely informative. All in all we will definitely continue to do business with them and highly recommend that you do the same! Affordable. Reliable. Honest.
