After being charged with a DUI over .15bac in January, I looked for some legal representation. After reading some reviews, I contacted Mark Matney. He explained the severity of the charges, told me his strategy in previous cases, and explained his fees. He offered a military discount, which I don't remember the amount, but also a discount for paying the entire fee up front, so it ended up being a nice round number. After talking to him, the next day his Paralegal, Dana, emailed me the documents to hire him to represent me and the payment details. We only met in person once before the trail, but that was my decision alone, he said he was open to meet as often as I wanted, and he would also have reviewed all the evidence of the case with me present as well. After he got all the evidence, he was able to get the charges lessened due to some issues with the breath test that he saw. His representation in and out of court was great, he has a good demeanor that's very reassuring, but he didn't promise anything that he couldn't deliver, either. Liars. Website and Google maps say Matney when you call the office some white lady answers, stating Holcomb Law and gives a pathetic excuse that they don't have access to Mr. Matney's messages, even though it is listed as Matney Law Firm, which a potential client sent on the website to no one ever answered the message. If they don't want business why don't they remove themselves from the google search.
