A couple hours ago I had a consultation for a contested custody battle with Ms. O'Brien and it was a traumatizing experience.

For starters, my consultation was supposed to be yesterday however a couple hours before the consultation it was rescheduled to the next day at a later time, which caused me to have to take my children with me to the consultation. When I got there, i had to wait an half hour as her previous went pass time and the client even apologized for going over.

As soon as we got in the room to start our consultation she became very aggressive and unprofessional. She made assumptions instead of asking questions and did a lot of yelling, all in front of my children. She also tried to twist my words up and use them against me in our conversation instead of asking the right questions to bring clarity to the conversation. My custody case is a painful situation and her aggressively interrogating me during our consultation to seek legal help cause more pain. I teared up during my consultation and she made rude comments about how my tears won’t help me. She obviously had a good relationship with the opposing lawyer because she complimented him on being a fair and easy going lawyer. Ms O’Brien is definitely not the lawyer for me.

Overall, I DO NOT recommend anyone to use her legal services for custody cases as she is very insensitive to the process.

Ms. O’Brien it’s absolutely amazing! She represented me on my child custody case. She goes to court and brings FIRE behind her! She is very knowledgeable very ACTIVE in talking to you about your case with you. She responds VERY quickly. I will be retaining her again in the future if I need to go back. Unfortunately I have nothing favorable to say about Tiffany Sullivan. During the whole custody debacle with my children, for me it was an overall traumatic experience due to the players involved and small town politics. I had the worst GAL experience ever with Ms. Sullivan. She took on a disparaging attitude towards me from the very beginning, was indiscriminate and portrayed the worst unpalatable professional deportment of any professional legal or otherwise I have ever experienced. She never conducted a home visit and never really took her time to see my point-of-view as a loving and concerned parent. She was very dismissive in person and during phone calls. She had noted and recorded facts that could prove ill insight and negligence that aligned with a maligned agenda from the other party and chose to align with the opposing party's lawyer who has the most horrid reputation as a lawyer on the internet. My children were manipulated and forced to suppress secrets from the other party that had medical consequences for years. The other party violated the initial divorce decree at every turn and the legal system - due to the players involved - looked over it. I was treated harshly for having to handle deceptive acts and deceitfulness. I was torpedoed with underhanded discoveries that affected my children and tried to handle these discoveries to the best of my ability. Thankfully I have rebounded and moved on and I am praying that my children will recover and thrive as well from the chaos introduced in their young lives that was exacerbated by the legal system.

Mrs. O'Brien sat down with me and slowly walked me through all of my options in regards to my complex case. Not only did she spoon feed me through the process, she remained committed to seeing the case all the way through which took roughly seven years. The end result was I was cleared of all wrong doing. Even though my case ended in my favor Mrs. O'Brien still calls to check on me to make sure I'm ok. Who else does that!!! So, if you want an Attorney that will thoroughly review your case with a fine tooth comb, An Attorney that will sincerely Fight for you, An Attorney that will Clearly explain your options to you and Finally, An Attorney that won't stop until she gets you the best decision possible Mrs. O'Brien is the Attorney for you. Crystina O'Brien is a an awesome attorney. She helped me with a traffic ticket situation. I was extremely busy as an elementary classroom teacher, unable to take time off.
