Allowed a buyer to close and have keys to our home when they didn’t even have the executed deed on hand. Shady business - BEWARE if you’re a seller and your buyer is using them.

They are “affiliated” with Avery Hess, whose agent claims the buyer signed the DEED so it had to be done correctly. Uh, no honey…only the seller signs the deed. Better go back to real estate school.

Sloppy prep. They will make it right, but I caught 2 mistakes during and after closing. They also don't know the difference between "percent" and "mill". Finally, they add different taxes to one grantor's tax without itemizing. Zero stars on this.
Their fees are also slightly higher than others. (still no star)
On the positive, the guy did a fine job making the boredom of closing a little entertaining (one star) and surprised us with a bottle of $10.99 red wine after closing (another star). Nice gesture.
Disbursement was very quick the next business day (third star).
No real hiccups, but I'm definitely not impressed.

Horrible. Do not use this company!! Very unprofessional. Dealt with Daphne Flynn and she has to be the most disrespectful, rude, unprofessional person ever. Extremely sloppy. She should be FIRED. You are better off closing with a 5th grader because they would at least show you respect and have manners. Very discraseful, I completely regret doing business with them.

Bought a house using these guys back in 2012, needed the paperwork a week or so ago, emailed after COB, got it first thing the next day. Simple!
